Cancellation Policy:

Client has the RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT at any time. Client understands it must notify Company of its intent to cancel by contacting the Company Customer Care Center at 833-515-7849 or email to info@secondchanceadvocate.com Client agrees if it cancels this Contract after services have been rendered, Client is still obligated to pay for those services that have been rendered.

Delivery Policy:

All services will be rendered and delivered prior to payment. All deliveries will be via email, fax, overnight mail service and/or USPS regular way mail.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis since there are no payments or charges made until AFTER services are rendered.

Pricing Policy

Prior to executing an agreement for services with the Company, Client will be disclosed cost of services and if needed a monthly payment plan will be created.
